Brand guide

How CreaBroi works for Brands

How to set up, launch and manage sponsorship campaigns, from your first draft to the final payment.

Getting set up

Prepare your account before you launch.

Create your brand account and profile

Sign up as a Brand and complete your company profile: logo, industry, website and a short bio. A complete, verified profile builds trust with creators.

Verify your social accounts (optional but recommended)

Verified accounts add trust to your public profile. Add your brand account, publish the verification code in a post and submit the link for admin review.

Add funds to your wallet

Open Wallet and make a deposit using one of the active deposit methods. Your campaign budget is checked against your available balance.

Creating and running a campaign

From draft to live.

Create a campaign draft

Go to My Campaigns and create a campaign: title, description, category, target platform, budget, number of creators needed, dates, requirements, deliverables and rules.

  • Choose a payment model: fixed budget, per video, per 1,000 views, or a mix.
  • Upload photos or videos so creators can see what you are looking for.

Submit it for review

When the draft is ready, submit it. An admin checks every campaign before it goes live. If it is rejected you will see the reason and can edit and resubmit.

Go live and boost visibility

Approved campaigns appear on Browse Campaigns. Use Boosts to feature a campaign at the top of the list.

Review applicants and accept creators

Open the campaign's applicants list, read each proposal and check the creator's profile, Trust Score and reviews. Shortlist or accept the creators you want. Accepting creates a deal, and you can message the creator from the deal or the Messages page.

Approve the work and release payment

Creators submit their work on the deal page. Approve it to release payment, or request a revision with notes. If something goes wrong, either side can raise a dispute for an admin to resolve.

Leave a review

After a completed deal, rate the creator and write a short review. Reviews appear on the creator's public profile next to the campaign they were written for.

Tip: write clear briefs

Campaigns with clear requirements, concrete deliverables and good photos or videos attract better applicants and need fewer revisions.

Helpful to know

Track your reputation

Your Trust Score and level grow as you complete deals, receive good reviews and complete your profile. See the Reputation page for what counts.

Hire a Video Editor

Need editing help? Browse the Video Editors directory to find approved editors and contact them directly.

Why is my campaign not visible yet?

Campaigns must be approved by an admin before they go live. Check the campaign status under My Campaigns. Rejected campaigns show the reason so you can fix and resubmit.

How is payment handled?

For fixed-budget campaigns the payment is held in escrow when a deal starts and released when you approve the work. Per-video and per-view campaigns are paid per approved submission.

Can I edit a campaign after submitting it?

You can edit drafts and campaigns that were rejected. Contact support if you need to change a campaign that is already live.

Ready to launch a campaign?

Open your dashboard, create a campaign and submit it for review. Once approved it goes live for creators to apply.
