These Terms and Conditions explain the commercial rules for deposits, withdrawals, fees and disputes on CreaBroi.

Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits are credited after an administrator confirms your payment.
• Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid. Fees and minimum amounts are shown on the withdrawal page.
• We may ask you to complete identity (KYC) verification before paying out.

Escrow and refunds

Funds held in escrow are released only when the work is approved or a dispute is resolved. If a campaign is cancelled before work is delivered, the escrow is refunded to the brand.

Disputes

Either side can open a dispute. An administrator reviews the evidence and decides how the escrow is released. That decision is final inside the platform.

Liability

CreaBroi provides the marketplace and payment tools. We are not a party to the agreement between a creator and a brand.
