These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CreaBroi. By creating an account or using the website you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password private and be responsible for everything that happens under your account. One person or company may keep one account.

2. Campaigns and payments

Brands fund a deal into escrow before work starts. Money is released to the creator when the brand approves the delivered work, or by an administrator when a dispute is settled. Platform fees are shown before you confirm any payment.

3. Acceptable use

You may not post illegal, misleading or abusive content, impersonate others, manipulate reviews or trust scores, or try to bypass the platform's payment and verification systems.

4. Suspension

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new version.
